Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Digital Nature of Products
North India IT sells digital vouchers and gift cards. Due to the instant, electronic nature of delivery, all sales are generally considered final once the voucher code has been revealed or delivered to you. This policy is disclosed clearly before every purchase, in compliance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
2. When Refunds Are Applicable
We will issue a full refund in the following cases:

3. When Refunds Are NOT Applicable
- Voucher code has been revealed, copied, or used (even partially)
- User simply changed their mind after purchase
- Voucher expired after purchase due to non-use by the user
- Discount codes that are free and do not involve a monetary transaction
4. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request:
- Go to your Account → Purchase History
- Select the order you want to dispute
- Click "Request Refund" and describe your issue
- Alternatively, email our support team with your order number
All refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of purchase. Requests submitted after this window will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
5. Cancellation
Since vouchers are delivered instantly upon payment confirmation, cancellation is only possible if the order is still in "Pending" status (i.e., payment has not yet been confirmed by the gateway). Once an order is marked as "Paid" and voucher codes are assigned, cancellation is not possible.
6. Refund Method
Refunds will be processed through the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
7. Grievance Redressal
If you are unsatisfied with our refund decision, you may escalate your complaint to our Grievance Officer. Details are available on our Contact page. As per the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, we will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and resolve it within 1 month.
