Terms & Conditions – North India IT

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using North India IT ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and North India IT projects LLP ("Company"), a company registered under the laws of India.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration

To purchase vouchers, you must create an account with a valid email address and phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Products & Services

North India IT is a digital marketplace that sells gift cards, vouchers, and discount codes from various brands. Some vouchers are sourced through authorized third-party API providers, while others are generated in-house for our own products. All vouchers are digital and delivered electronically.

5. Pricing & GST

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the prevailing rate (currently 18%). The final price shown at checkout is the total amount you will be charged. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.

6. Payment

Payments are processed through our authorized payment gateway partner. We do not store your payment card details on our servers. By making a payment, you agree to the payment gateway's terms of service. All transactions are in Indian Rupees (INR).

7. Voucher Delivery & Validity

Upon successful payment, voucher codes are delivered via your chosen method (email, SMS, or WhatsApp) and are also accessible from your account dashboard. As per RBI guidelines (2024), all gift cards and vouchers carry a minimum validity of 1 year from the date of issue. The specific expiry date is displayed on each voucher.

8. Refund & Cancellation

Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for detailed information. In general, digital vouchers are non-refundable once the code has been revealed or delivered to you.

9. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to resell vouchers purchased from North India IT without authorization
Use automated bots, scrapers, or scripts to access the Platform
Attempt to circumvent any security features of the Platform
Provide false or misleading information during registration

10. Intellectual Property

All content on North India IT — including logos, text, graphics, and software — is the property of North India IT projects LLP or its licensors and is protected under applicable Indian intellectual property laws. Third-party brand names and logos belong to their respective owners.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, North India IT projects LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform or any voucher purchased through it. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific transaction in question.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Your City], India. We encourage users to first attempt resolution through our Grievance Officer before pursuing legal action.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be notified via email.
